Terms confirmed in writing
Timelines, scope, and charges agreed in writing before the load moves

Operated by Rite Way Freight LTD
Written before it moves
The timeline, the equipment, and what is included are confirmed in writing before a load is booked.
Charges flagged up front
Accessorial charges are raised before they reach the invoice rather than appearing on it.
One team accountable
The same coordinator owns the file from the first call through final delivery.
What we commit to
A quote from Rite Way Freight sets out what is being moved, on what equipment, over what route, and by when. It is provided at no charge and without obligation, and it is what the shipment is then run against.
Specialized freight makes this matter more than it does for standard shipping. Permits are issued per jurisdiction and carry their own conditions; escorts have to be booked; a route survey can change the plan. Where any of that affects the timeline or the price, it is raised when it is known rather than at invoicing.
The same applies to the work itself. One team owns the file, so there is a single place to get an answer about where a load is and what happens next — including outside office hours, because dispatch stays reachable for loads in transit.
What we commit to
- Quotes at no charge and without obligation
- Timelines confirmed in writing
- Equipment and scope agreed before booking
- Accessorial charges flagged before invoicing
- Permits arranged per jurisdiction on the route
- One coordinator from pickup to delivery
How this works by region
What a commitment depends on changes with where the freight goes.
Québec and Ontario
Owned equipment and same-day dispatch make short-notice timelines realistic.
Western Canada
Remote-site delivery is sequenced with the site, so dates are set against site readiness.
Atlantic Canada
Port work is timed to vessel and terminal windows rather than to road transit alone.
United States
Cross-border timelines account for clearance, so documentation is prepared ahead of the truck.
Terms confirmed in writing
Quotes are provided at no charge, and the terms they set — timeline, equipment, and scope — are what the shipment is run against.
