How a shipment is handled

A specialized move touches a lot of parties — the shipper, the carrier, permit offices in every jurisdiction, escort companies, customs brokers, crane crews, and whoever is receiving the load at the other end. Coordinating that is the work.

Rite Way Freight puts one coordinator between the customer and all of it. They scope the move, arrange the equipment, file the permits, brief the carrier, and stay on the file until the proof of delivery comes back. There is one number to call and one person who already knows the load.

That does not mean one person alone. Dispatch, operations, and accounting all work the same file, and dispatch is reachable outside office hours for anything already in transit. What stays constant is that the customer is not handed around between departments to find out where their freight is.
